Grievance Redressal

If something has gone wrong and our normal support route has not resolved it, this is how to escalate. A grievance is not a nuisance to us — it is how we find out what is broken.

Please mark your message clearly as a grievance so that it is routed correctly. You may also use the route on our Contact page.

Before you escalate

Most issues are resolved faster through normal support, because the team there can act on them directly. Please raise it there first, and give us a chance to fix it. If that route has not worked, or the reply did not resolve the problem, escalate here.

How to raise a grievance

1

Send us the details

Include your order number, what went wrong, what you have already been told, what outcome you are asking for, and any photographs or correspondence that support it. Mark the message clearly as a grievance.

2

We acknowledge it

You will receive an acknowledgement with a reference. Please quote that reference in anything further you send.

We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours of receipt, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

3

We investigate

We review the order record, the correspondence and the evidence, and speak to the team or partner involved. We may come back to you for more information or arrange an inspection.

4

We respond with an outcome

You receive a written decision explaining what we found and what we will do. The E-Commerce Rules require a grievance to be redressed within one month of receipt.

If you are still not satisfied

If our decision does not resolve the matter, you retain every right you have under Indian consumer law. You may take the complaint to the National Consumer Helpline or file with the appropriate District, State or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Escalating a grievance with us does not affect that right, and does not require you to wait for our decision.

What helps us resolve it faster

One thread

Keep the whole grievance in a single message thread rather than opening several. It keeps the full history in one place.

Evidence early

Photographs, the order number and any previous replies from us, sent at the start rather than on request.

The outcome you want

Tell us plainly whether you are asking for a repair, a replacement, a refund or an explanation. It saves a round of correspondence.

Raise a grievance

Tell us what happened and what you need. We would rather hear it from you than not hear it at all.
