Solid wood, for real rooms
Furniture you can ask hard questions about, and get straight answers.
Buying furniture online asks a lot of trust. You cannot put a hand on the grain, open a drawer, or check that a piece will turn on your stairs. So the useful thing we can offer is not adjectives — it is information you can actually act on, and a way to reach a person when you need one.
That runs through everything below: what we name, what we admit we do not know yet, what we will change for you, and what we stand behind after the delivery van has gone.
Thoughtful materials
We work in sheesham, mango, acacia and teak, with engineered materials like plywood, MDF or veneer used where they belong — as supporting or secondary components, named as such.
We name a species on a product page only when the maker states it. We never identify wood from a photograph, and where a species has not been confirmed to us, the page says so rather than guessing.
Designed for Indian homes
Our range spans the living room, bedroom, dining room and home office — beds, sofas and sofa beds, dining tables and chairs, coffee and console tables, wardrobes, sideboards, bookshelves, chests, TV units, armchairs and benches.
Shallow consoles for corridors people still have to walk down. Low media units that put a screen at seated eye level. Compact cabinets for the wall a full-length sideboard will never fit.
Made to feel personal
If a piece is close but not right, tell us what needs to change. We take briefs on dimensions, material, finish and configuration — the width that fits your alcove, the timber, the tone, where the shelves fall.
Submitting a brief starts a conversation, not an order. Feasibility, pricing and timelines are confirmed with you in writing before anything is made. How customisation works
Clear product information
Measurements, materials and specifications come from the maker and are published as given. Where a figure has not been confirmed to us, we say that on the page instead of filling the gap with an estimate.
It is a less tidy way to write a product page. It is a far more useful one when you are measuring a stairwell. If a detail decides your purchase, ask us and we will confirm it before you order.
Five-year warranty
Every HomeCrest piece is covered for five years from delivery against manufacturing and structural defects, for the original purchaser.
The exclusions are set out just as plainly — a warranty on a natural material cannot be a warranty against the material behaving naturally. Read what is and is not covered
Care beyond delivery
We deliver across India, with an estimated delivery of within 14 working days. Large furniture is not a parcel, so we set out in advance what we need from you — doorways, stairwells, lift dimensions — and what to check before you sign.
After that, our care guide covers the things that actually matter: spills, sunlight, heat, humidity, and looking after cane, rattan and upholstery. Delivery · Care guide
Support when you need it
Before you buy, ask us whether a piece will fit, what it is made of, or how long it will take — we would rather answer a question than process a return. Afterwards, reach us about an order, a delivery, a return, or a warranty claim, and send photographs; most cases are resolved from images alone without anything being collected.
If something has been through support and is still unresolved, there is a formal route to escalate it. Contact us · FAQ · Grievance redressal
